Production Planner

Location: Andenne, Belgium; daily physical presence in production is required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure product availability for customer orders and stock replenishment.
• Analyze daily production constraints and optimize scheduling.
• Coordinate with planning, production, purchasing, customer service, quality, and supply stakeholders to resolve planning issues.
• Lead or support projects involving product launches, phase-ins and phase-outs, system alignment, and process improvement.
• Represent planning in risk analysis, intellectual property, and product development meetings.
• Maintain accurate master data and planning tools, including SAP APO and MES.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, trade, or international business.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning or related roles.
• Very strong SAP experience, particularly with the APO module.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to challenge constructively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a daily physical presence in production.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food or pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of MES.
