• Manage order processing using EDI and manual file completion, including plausibility analysis.
• Handle planning, booking, and transportation orders for shipments.
• Coordinate shipment follow-ups and manage all related documentation, administration, and invoicing.
• Provide internal and external shipment reporting to customers via email, phone, and EDI.
• Perform operational troubleshooting and report non-conformances in accordance with KPIs.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors based on agreed rates.

Requirements

• Ability to work from the Antwerp office.
• Knowledge of Hazmat processes.
