Group Procurement Manager CAPEX

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for CAPEX (150M€) to maximize supplier leverage and stimulate innovation.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and manage end-to-end RFI/RFP, bid evaluation, and contracting processes.
• Build and manage strategic, ethical, and high-performing supplier relationships to mitigate risks.
• Align diverse stakeholders across Group Engineering, Legal, and site leadership to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
• Use data and reporting tools to drive insights, deliver savings, and optimize resource efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven experience in procurement of Capex and/or indirect goods & services.
• Experience working in an international environment with strong cultural awareness.
• Fluency in English (C1) and a good level of Dutch.
• Strong commercial acumen, influencing skills, and a results-oriented analytical approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and e-sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in French or Spanish.
