Sales Summer Internship 2027

Location: Stockholm General Office, Stockholm, Sweden

Salary: SEK 30,000 per month

Procter & Gamble develops and sells consumer brands including Head & Shoulders, Gillette, YES, Oral-B, and Pampers.

What you will do

• Work on live sales projects and real business challenges during a 10-week summer internship.
• Build and execute sales ideas for major consumer brands and Swedish grocery retailers.
• Use analytics, shopper insights, market understanding, and relationship management to support commercial decisions.
• Take responsibility for assigned projects and lead work from the first day.
• Collaborate with managers and experienced colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and formal training.

Requirements

• University undergraduates graduating in Summer 2027 or 2028, or graduates who have completed a degree.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Availability for the full internship period from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
• Interest in pursuing a career at Procter & Gamble after graduation.
