Location: Must be based in London, UK, with a requirement to work 3 days per week in the office and the ability to travel to France a couple of days a month.

What you will do

• Cleanse and validate HR and personnel data from the acquired entity in French and English.
• Review, organise, and scan legacy personnel files from the French office.
• Execute the transfer of personnel files from Dropbox to SharePoint according to data governance standards.
• Perform data integrity checks to ensure records meet Group compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider People team on integration projects and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Experience handling HR/personnel records and sensitive data in a business environment.
• Business-level French language proficiency required.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Dropbox, and document management workflows.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting, and record maintenance.
• Discreet, organised, and capable of working to defined project milestones.
• Ability to travel to France a couple of days a month.
