What you will do

• Define and roll out the Group ESG strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Track and monitor Group-wide ESG KPIs including energy consumption and social indicators.
• Lead the collection and analysis of non-financial data for CSRD reporting and audits.
• Coordinate cross-functional ESG projects and facilitate multi-department working groups.
• Support the responsible deployment of AI across the organization.
• Assist with HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal policy documentation.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in ESG or CSR, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English as the primary working language.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in collecting and presenting non-financial metrics.
• Familiarity with HR operations and people processes.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools.
• Knowledge of sector-specific labels and certification processes like EcoVadis.
