TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 + Double OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the sales playbook to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Build and lead the sales team by hiring top-tier talent.
  • Pivot the commercial strategy to effectively target mid-market and corporate segments.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales motion, from strategy to execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale the business from seed stage toward Series A.

Requirements

  • Must have significant experience in the growth of seed or Series A stage businesses.
  • Must have a background in a tech vendor environment.
  • Proven track record in complex, deep, or frontier tech sales.
  • Strong understanding of AI or data-intensive technology landscapes.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and build processes from the ground up.
