Salary: £75,000–£90,000 + Double OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Develop and execute the sales playbook to drive predictable revenue growth.
- Build and lead the sales team by hiring top-tier talent.
- Pivot the commercial strategy to effectively target mid-market and corporate segments.
- Take ownership of the entire sales motion, from strategy to execution.
- Collaborate with leadership to scale the business from seed stage toward Series A.
Requirements
- Must have significant experience in the growth of seed or Series A stage businesses.
- Must have a background in a tech vendor environment.
- Proven track record in complex, deep, or frontier tech sales.
- Strong understanding of AI or data-intensive technology landscapes.
- Ability to operate autonomously and build processes from the ground up.
