What you will do

  • Own the technical pre-sales relationship, partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue and customer adoption.
  • Manage the technical sales process, including discovery, product demos, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses.
  • Develop custom search applications leveraging hirify.global’s APIs and ecosystem tools.
  • Act as a deep technical expert and trusted advisor for CTOs, product managers, and customer engineers.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally by providing product feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure a seamless post-sales onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Must be based in London, England.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in software development: Frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) or Backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift).
  • Experience with data formats, data transformation, and working with APIs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple competing customer demands.

Nice to have

  • Additional European languages, such as Spanish.
  • Background in e-commerce or the search industry.
  • Knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI systems, autonomous reasoning, or multi-agent orchestration.
  • Expertise in SEO and Analytics.
