What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned commercial parking accounts as the main day-to-day contact.
- Protect existing revenue and drive growth through regular client reviews, tariff assessments, enforcement optimization, service upgrades, and new site opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Operations, Product, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding, efficient issue resolution, and account performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, account plans, performance reports, and client data in the CRM system.
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations, collaborating with Sales on handovers and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in account management or client-facing commercial roles.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort analyzing data and performance metrics to generate insights.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and experience working with CRM systems.
- Parking, mobility, property, SaaS, or multi-site portfolio experience is beneficial.
