What you will do

• Design BMS/EMS systems as part of multidisciplinary project teams across all project phases.
• Prepare scopes of work, specifications, procurement packages, I/O lists, sequences of operation, and BMS architecture documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces with clients, contractors, project participants, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare and execute FAT/SAT documentation and support commissioning, installation verification, operational verification, and BMS SOP development.
• Manage BMS project scope, estimates, budgets, schedules, reporting, workload, and value engineering activities.
• Support constructability, safety, and compliance reviews, as well as construction-stage RFI clarifications.

Requirements

• Engineering or related technical degree with 5+ years of experience in BMS construction or engineering environments.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Mission Critical projects; GMP manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of technical regulations, codes of practice, client specifications, and local standards.
• Professional working proficiency in English and German.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous.
• Strong communication, initiative, safety, quality, and environmental protection mindset, plus advanced MS Office, Excel, Access, and MS Project skills.
