TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving market expansion and lead generation for cloud-based contact center solutions with an accent on outbound prospecting and cold-calling in Nordic markets. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads using MEDDPICC methodology, and collaborating with Account Executives to convert interest into revenue.
Location: Must be based in London, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stockholm, or Oslo with a hybrid expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office.
Salary: £55k / 650k DKK / 700k SEK/NOK (OTE)

What you will do
- Engage potential customers via LinkedIn, phone, and email to generate interest and book demos.
- Utilize MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies to qualify prospects.
- Partner with Account Executives to create joint account plans and close revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing to nurture leads through events and outbound content.
- Learn to sell AI-driven technology and manage sales cadences.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Must have eligibility to work in the country of application (no sponsorship provided).
- Proven commercial experience in a B2B setting with success in cold-calling and prospecting.
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in CCaaS, CX, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with AI platforms or co-piloting AI agents.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, or Clay Hunter.
