What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators like the FCA, drafting responses and reports.
• Translate regulatory guidance and rules into actionable business requirements.
• Lead new license applications and variations of permissions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to embed compliance into new projects and products.
• Coordinate external auditors during regulatory audits.
• Educate internal stakeholders on industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Prior financial services regulatory exposure with familiarity in payments and crypto assets.
• Proven experience interacting with regulators and managing regulatory applications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach to work.
• Must be based in London, UK
