What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including supplier and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal input on new product features and platform changes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise business teams on FCA regulatory requirements and contractual risks.
• Support corporate matters including fundraising, governance, and company secretarial work.
• Manage data protection and privacy matters, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Build and maintain scalable legal processes, templates, and training materials.

Requirements

• UK qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of FCA regulations as applied to fintech or financial services.
• Ability to provide practical, commercial advice rather than just legal analysis.
• Confidence to work autonomously and manage a diverse workload.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with property, mortgage, or investment products.
• In-house experience at a fast-growing fintech company.
• Exposure to data protection, GDPR, or privacy work.
