What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS agreements.
• Support the Head of EMEA Legal in establishing the regional legal function.
• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to ensure efficient contract execution.
• Address diverse legal issues as they arise in a growing startup environment.
• Build strong substantive and organizational foundations for the legal presence in EMEA.

Requirements

• English qualified lawyer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in commercial or technology divisions of a leading private practice or in-house at a technology company.
• Strong transactional background, specifically with technology or IP licensing agreements.
• Ability to function independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
