What you will do

• Provide commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including client terms, supplier contracts, and NDAs.
• Support HR on employment matters, including policies, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Manage legal inbox escalations and ensure efficient handling of queries.
• Maintain and improve legal templates, internal policies, and governance documentation.
• Assist with litigation, dispute matters, and compliance audits.

Requirements

• Strong legal experience, ideally in-house or within a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Confidence in advising non-legal stakeholders and balancing risk with commercial priorities.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
