• Partner with senior leaders to align business strategy with the 3-year People Strategy.
• Lead the human and cultural side of AI transformation, balancing rapid adoption with ethical stewardship.
• Redesign workflows to maximize efficiency and human-centric, high-impact work.
• Coach business leaders to become high-impact performance coaches.
• Drive the transformation toward a skills-based organization to meet company goals.
• Collaborate across the broader people team to improve employee experience and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in fast-paced, matrixed global technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder influence and the ability to build trust with senior leaders across different time zones.
• Strategic courage to challenge the status quo and navigate external volatility.
• Proficiency in AI tools and enterprise systems like Workday.
• Data analysis and storytelling skills to translate metrics into compelling business messages.
• Systems thinking to solve root causes within a complex, interconnected organization.
