What you will do
- Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, ISVs, and solution aggregators to drive IPA program objectives.
- Develop and implement partner business plans to increase indirect billing and consumption.
- Coordinate co-selling activities between partners and internal sales teams.
- Collaborate with product groups to drive IPA program expansion and identify new market opportunities.
- Support go-to-market campaigns, presales, and proof-of-concept execution.
- Monitor partner ecosystem trends to advance joint business priorities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 6+ years of experience in sales development within vertical markets.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in go-to-market strategies and field sales.
- Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem and partner program management.
- Proven ability to execute account plans and meet performance targets.
