TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Edge/Physical AI): Driving hirify.global Partner Alliance (IPA) program and sales activities with partners in Taiwan with an accent on ecosystem development and co-selling strategies. Focus on executing account plans, driving indirect billing, and fostering strategic alignment to accelerate market adoption of edge and physical AI solutions.

Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan (On-site)

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, ISVs, and solution aggregators to drive IPA program objectives.
  • Develop and implement partner business plans to increase indirect billing and consumption.
  • Coordinate co-selling activities between partners and internal sales teams.
  • Collaborate with product groups to drive IPA program expansion and identify new market opportunities.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns, presales, and proof-of-concept execution.
  • Monitor partner ecosystem trends to advance joint business priorities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales development within vertical markets.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in go-to-market strategies and field sales.
  • Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem and partner program management.
  • Proven ability to execute account plans and meet performance targets.
