What you will do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with insurers and ecosystem players.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding and go-live.
  • Maintain a disciplined and visible pipeline of strategic partners using CRM hygiene.
  • Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, underwriting alignment, and partnership economics.
  • Own monthly revenue targets and drive partner productivity and volume growth post-launch.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager on Taiwan market dynamics and regulations.

Requirements

  • Taiwan permanent residency and a deep understanding of local insurance market dynamics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech with strong commercial capabilities.
  • Proven understanding of insurer economics, underwriting considerations, and partnership structures.
  • Established network of senior-level stakeholders within the Taiwan insurance ecosystem.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of self-drive, proactivity, and accountability.
