What you will do

• Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of insurer and strategic partners in the Taiwan market.
• Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to finalize agreements.
• Own monthly revenue, policy, and activation targets, driving partner productivity and volume growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager on Taiwan market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Taiwan permanent residency and strong understanding of local insurance market dynamics and regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
• Proven understanding of insurer economics, underwriting considerations, and partnership structures.
• Established network within the Taiwan insurance ecosystem, enabling access to senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
