What you will do

• Act as a legal advisor to business stakeholders, interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of MSAs, SOWs, clinical trial agreements, and sub-distribution agreements.
• Embed and maximize the use of AI within the Legal department while maintaining compliance.
• Provide legal risk assessments and recommendations to the Global Head of Legal to support strategic decisions.
• Support data privacy paralegals with GDPR agreements and conduct legal research.
• Drive continuous improvement of legal templates, contract processes, and general legal operations.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with demonstrable senior-level experience in commercial and pharmaceutical/life science legal matters.
• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector and at least 2 years of commercial experience.
• Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations and manage high-value contractual relationships across global markets.
• Experience in company secretarial duties.
• Strong knowledge of global Data Privacy and GDPR.
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English.
