Location: Remote within Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich preferred)

What you will do

  • Drive B2B growth in the DACH region through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences to acquire new business.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce executive reporting, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Adapt the global brand voice to resonate with regional business cultures.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Proven track record of implementing marketing projects from start to finish with ROI accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial background or experience in high-stakes, high-growth environments.
  • Broad knowledge in growth marketing, including analytics, performance, and event organizing.
  • Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
  • Product marketing sense and design skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Southern European tech ecosystem and buying cycles.
