TL;DR

Enterprise Field Marketer (AI): Driving high-impact customer engagement and pipeline growth across EMEA markets with an accent on strategic account planning and executive relationship building. Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

  • Build and execute field marketing plans aligned to priority seller groups and strategic accounts across the UK, Germany, France, and the Nordics.
  • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership on territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline goal alignment.
  • Own the full lifecycle of field programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and industry conference activations.
  • Turn marquee moments into measurable pipeline opportunities with clear target accounts and post-event conversion plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Events, and Customer Success to deliver compelling customer experiences.
  • Track performance and build repeatable playbooks to scale field marketing efforts across EMEA enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise field marketing, ABM, or B2B growth roles supporting complex sales motions.
  • Proven track record of creating measurable pipeline impact through field programs and executive engagement.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and the ability to influence seller productivity across diverse markets.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to operate effectively across strategy and tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Must be based in London or willing to relocate.
