What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end paid demand gen campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic channels.
  • Design full-funnel journeys from ad creatives and landing pages to lead qualification.
  • Develop and test locally relevant initiatives to create scalable growth playbooks.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with business impact.
  • Own reporting and KPI measurement to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B paid campaigns with budgets >€1M/year.
  • Proven track record in in-house media buying across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • English: C1 level required.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to spend part of your time in Helsinki or Berlin.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM, intent-based tools (Clay, Cognism, ZoomInfo), or paid PR.
  • Knowledge of food or retail industries.
