hirify.global is an EdTech scale-up building human-centered technology, such as the AV1 robot, to ensure children with health or mental challenges can maintain their presence and connection in school.

What you will do

  • Adapt and deliver the DACH and BENELUX marketing strategies to align with global objectives and local business needs.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, content, webinars, and events to drive lead generation.
  • Localize all marketing content for regional audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Oversee regional budgets and track key performance indicators including MQLs, conversion rates, and ROMI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize future activities.

Requirements

  • Strong background in marketing strategy, content creation, and demand generation, ideally within B2B tech or education.
  • Deep knowledge of DACH and BENELUX markets, specifically consumer behavior in Germany and The Netherlands.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Webflow, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
  • Business fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously and independently.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in the Dutch language.
