What you will do

• Execute operational activities for Customer Success, including reviewing price quotes and assigning account team members.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams to ensure effective execution of operations.
• Maintain and develop deep expertise in Customer Success tools, processes, and procedures.
• Provide internal end-user support for specialized Customer Success tools.
• Identify process improvement areas and propose solutions to increase overall efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs).
• Experience with CRM, Customer Success Management, and/or Support Case Management tools.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
