What you will do

  • Develop smart sourcing strategies for senior, niche, and technically complex roles.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and advanced search logic to uncover high-signal candidates.
  • Engage passive talent through personalized, relevant outreach that highlights the opportunity's impact.
  • Conduct initial candidate touchpoints to assess motivation, relevance, and alignment.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to provide market intelligence and candidate recommendations.
  • Maintain data integrity in Ashby and ensure a consistent focus on search quality and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience sourcing senior or complex profiles in technology-led, AI-native, or SaaS environments.
  • Advanced skills in market mapping, talent intelligence, and pattern recognition.
  • Ability to distinguish between impressive profiles and genuinely aligned talent.
  • Confidence in engaging senior passive candidates with clear role storytelling.
  • Curiosity about AI and modern recruiting workflows.
  • High agency, drive, and resilience in navigating complex search requirements.
