What you will do

• Manage shared inboxes and action routine supplier and customer queries.
• Process and check supplier invoices, matching them against delivery dockets and received stock.
• Perform daily stock checks and verify inventory records across multiple store locations.
• Maintain financial records, invoice coding, and cost allocation within the MYOB accounting system.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing updates, delivery documentation, and credit claims.
• Update product listings, pricing, and promotions within POS systems.

Requirements

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in administration, accounts support, or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MYOB, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Must be based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines.
