What you will do
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports using Netsuite and QuickBooks.
- Perform bank reconciliations and generate regular financial reports.
- Manage executive correspondence, email, and document organization.
- Handle calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct industry research and assist with project management tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Netsuite and QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong administrative and executive support skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and executive matters.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in executive assistance roles.
- Background in financial reporting or accounting support.
- Familiarity with additional accounting software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
