What you will do

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and events.
• Coordinate the publication and distribution of blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Plan and deliver webinars and in-person events, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Create, adapt, and proofread marketing copy across various channels and formats.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and track campaign performance for reporting.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in marketing or communications (internships or working student roles included).
• Strong written communication skills and confidence writing/editing copy in German and English.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or professional services environment.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, or social scheduling tools.
• Exposure to content marketing, email marketing, events, or website management.
• Interest in data, performance tracking, and marketing operations.
