Marketing Associate (Frankfurt am Main)

Location: Must be located in Germany; ideally within 200 km of Frankfurt am Main. Travel is required.

What you will do

• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and events.
• Coordinate the publication and distribution of blog posts, newsletters, emails, landing pages, social posts, and campaign assets.
• Plan and deliver webinars, virtual events, and in-person events, including logistics, invitations, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination.
• Create, adapt, and proofread marketing copy in German and English.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate multiple workstreams, and support website updates.
• Track campaign performance, conduct market and competitor research, handle operational tasks, and provide first-level technical support to Legal AI Suite customers.

Requirements

• Located in Germany and holding a valid driver's license.
• German proficiency at C1 level or higher; comfortable working in German and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Initial experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role; internships and working-student experience are relevant.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written communication, copywriting, and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services environment.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, or social scheduling tools.
• Exposure to content marketing, email marketing, events, social media, website management, or marketing operations.
