TL;DR

Sales Engineer Europe (SaaS): Acting as a technical expert and bridge between company technology and customers to facilitate the sales process of ZOLL Code Data solutions with an accent on technical value proposition and system integration. Focus on delivering engaging product demonstrations, solving complex technical customer issues, and supporting the direct sales team and distributor network.

Location: Remote throughout Europe (mainly covering West Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg). 50% travel required.

What you will do

  • Act as a customer-facing technical expert bridging the gap between company technology and customers.
  • Support the direct sales team and distributor network to drive ZOLL Code Data sales growth.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of the sales process and value proposition.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations to all stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Define and offer viable technical solutions to solve specific customer problems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with SaaS.
  • Solid working knowledge of networking, including firewalls and certificates.
  • Experience in data-related solutions and integration of diverse systems.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to sales regions from a home office.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations focused on complex enterprise software and hardware solutions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a matrix organization.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience in software or medical capital equipment sales.
