What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both external clients and internal departments.
- Present and demonstrate the value of the platform in collaboration with solution engineers.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC methodology to manage opportunities and provide accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to address business needs through strategic solutioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with marketing to maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal).
- Proven field sales experience within the SaaS industry focusing on new business.
- Around 3-5 years of total commercial work experience.
- Strong consultative sales skills with experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in instigating, driving, and closing deals.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise deals, specifically in Workforce Management, HCM, Talent Management, or Payroll software.
- Deep understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
