TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth for an AI-driven workforce management platform with an accent on complex sales cycles and strategic client relationship management. Focus on mastering the MEDDPICC sales methodology, managing the full end-to-end sales process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions to enterprise clients.

Location: Must be based in Sweden and able to work in a hybrid setup (at least 2 days per week from the office).

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both external clients and internal departments.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of the platform in collaboration with solution engineers.
  • Utilize the MEDDPICC methodology to manage opportunities and provide accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to address business needs through strategic solutioning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with marketing to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Proven field sales experience within the SaaS industry focusing on new business.
  • Around 3-5 years of total commercial work experience.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in instigating, driving, and closing deals.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise deals, specifically in Workforce Management, HCM, Talent Management, or Payroll software.
  • Deep understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
