Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Azure)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid

Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN per year, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling with C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructure.
• Drive DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teams.
• Build reusable platform capabilities that improve development speed and consistency.
• Integrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystem.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to technical discussions, and identify and deliver platform improvements, including AI/ML initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong C# and .NET expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application patterns.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS, along with Agile and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML tools or interest in applying AI to platform and engineering challenges.
