Site Reliability Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Handle registered and escalated customer support tickets, gather investigation details, and reproduce reported issues.
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues in cooperation with infrastructure and development teams.
• Prepare solutions, document resolutions, and maintain IT process documentation.
• Monitor IT systems proactively and perform backup, restore, deployment, rollback, cleanup, upgrade, and security patching activities.
• Take ownership of customer requests and resolve them according to SLAs and incident management protocols.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and Docker.
• Experience administering relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in network diagnostics and fault finding.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or similar monitoring and observability tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Bash and/or Python.
• Previous experience with Java.
