What you will do

• Handle and resolve registered and escalated technical support tickets.
• Investigate and reproduce customer issues to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
• Perform daily maintenance, including backups, restores, security patching, and OS upgrades.
• Proactively monitor IT systems and maintain detailed documentation of resolutions and processes.
• Manage new version deployments and rollbacks in accordance with SLAs and incident management protocols.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in reliability engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in network diagnostics and fault finding.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required

Nice to have

• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python.
• Previous experience with Java.
