DevOps Engineer (Azure, EU)

Location: EU; eligible locations include Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Work options include fully remote, office-based, or hybrid.

Salary: €4,050–€6,000 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage image lifecycles and registries.
• Deploy, operate, and scale workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Manage Azure networking, storage, IAM, Key Vault, and monitoring infrastructure.
• Automate build, test, and release processes and implement infrastructure as code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with development teams to improve deployability and release velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience.
• Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and declarative or scripted pipelines.
• Hands-on Docker experience, including image creation, multi-stage builds, and container registries.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Kubernetes, including networking, storage, IAM, deployments, services, ingress, Helm, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Application Insights for metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
• English at Intermediate+ level or above and proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python scripting.

Nice to have

• Terraform or Bicep experience for infrastructure as code.
• Azure DevOps or Service Bus experience.
• Microservices architecture experience.
• Security scanning integration in pipelines, including SAST or container scanning.
