Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) in Warsaw, Poland or Toronto, Canada

What you will do

• Support and enhance mission-critical environments for Cloud Native products and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve monitoring, observability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage and improve infrastructure deployment pipelines and troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Build automation tools to eliminate manual TOIL and increase engineering velocity.
• Define and manage SLOs and error budgets in partnership with engineering teams.
• Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, and platform readiness tasks following ITIL and SRE best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
• Solid experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, DataDog, Log Analytics).
• Hands-on experience with IdP solutions (Azure Entra ID, Okta, KeyCloak, PingFederate) and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Understanding of networking, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Open Telemetry, distributed tracing, and synthetic monitoring (Playwright).
• Knowledge of AI/ML-based anomaly detection and log aggregation tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender Suite (EDR, XDR), Sentinel, and KQL.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Dimension or Salesforce.
