Senior Pre-Sales Consultant – Digital Workplace (Microsoft)

What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand business requirements, challenges, and goals.
• Design and present tailored Microsoft-based digital workplace solutions with the sales team.
• Prepare customer presentations, solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilot activities.
• Provide technical guidance across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, and related technologies.
• Support proposals with technical input, solution configuration, licensing guidance, and pricing accuracy.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, vendors, sales, consulting, delivery, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear and practical solution recommendations.
• Confident communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent or professional English and Spanish, written and spoken, are required.
