What you will do
- Develop sales qualified leads by prospecting enterprise accounts, identifying stakeholders, understanding pains, and building connections.
- Follow up on marketing leads, inbound requests, and event attendees via cold-calling, emails, and digital prospecting.
- Conduct value-based discussions with prospects and collaborate with field sales on Account Based Sales Development strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meeting, and call objectives.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years Inside Sales/Sales Development/Market Development/Business Development experience in Indonesia/South East Asia market, preferably at enterprise SaaS/Cloud company.
- Experience calling CXO/Directors of enterprise accounts (preferable).
- Tech savvy, eager to learn prospecting tools, consistent track record in pipeline generation and meeting setup.
- High energy, drive, discipline for high call/email volumes, Bachelor's Degree.
