What you will do

• Configure the o9 platform based on change requests to solve complex supply chain problems.
• Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues and validating e2e workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Develop and execute workflow and data analytics test cases to identify and track bugs.
• Conduct training for Super Users and End Users across a global user base.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve product features based on client feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with enterprise planning application tools.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency is a must.
• Business-level English proficiency required.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning (Demand Management, Distribution Planning, S&OP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in R, JavaScript, or Python for statistical, optimization, and simulation tasks.
• Skills in MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
