Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in Santa Clara and San Francisco, with several days each week embedded alongside the customer's team in Santa Clara and the remainder at hirify.global's San Francisco headquarters.

Salary: $150K–$280K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own customer engagements from pilot through production launch and design deployments that fit customer workflows.
• Design and build AI agents and novel workflows on hirify.global's platform.
• Advise customers on adopting and scaling AI across their organizations.
• Design and execute migration plans that minimize disruption.
• Configure integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and ship bug fixes and product changes.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to turn field learnings into repeatable processes and product improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant product, engineering, consulting, or founder role.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot production code, analyze code paths and database state, and use API, infrastructure, and browser developer tools.
• Working knowledge of APIs, REST, IAM, and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience writing production code.
• Background working with enterprise customers or complex technical sales cycles.
• Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation.
