What you will do

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from blueprinting through to hypercare.
• Develop detailed project plans, align stakeholders on milestones, and track plan vs. actuals.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
• Maintain issue logs with ownership and resolution ETAs, and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate task assignments and deliverables for team members across distributed locations.
• Facilitate knowledge transition and documentation for the support team post go-live.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the logistics domain.
• Proven experience in full-lifecycle project management (requirement gathering, design, UAT/SIT, and deployment).
• Proficiency in using Agile methodologies for enterprise implementations.
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in both Taiwanese Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and Microsoft Project.
