Manager, Delivery (AI)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid work with three days from home per week

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of supply chain planning solution implementations, from blueprint through hypercare.
• Create project plans, align stakeholders on milestones and timelines, and track progress against actuals.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, ownership, and resolution timelines.
• Coordinate team tasks, deliverables, vacation schedules, timesheets, invoices, and project administration.
• Communicate project status, priorities, expectations, and personnel concerns to customers and stakeholders.
• Provide knowledge transition and documentation to the support team after go-live.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics planning.
• Project management experience across requirements gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, and deployment.
• Experience delivering enterprise supply chain implementations using agile methodology.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, artifacts, and software such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools for spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration skills in both Japanese and English. Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
