Delivery Manager (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Deliver complex technology and business change projects that achieve business outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead large application development and technology projects, defining deliverables, scope, and timelines.
• Apply Scrum, Agile, and Kanban delivery practices.
• Manage system integration projects spanning multiple technologies and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee change and release management processes, project finances, cost control, and commercial negotiations for projects exceeding £1M.
• Communicate project, program, and business matters clearly to management, delivery teams, and customers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex projects in project or program management roles.
• Experience working in the public sector is required.
• Strong Scrum Master experience and knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience managing system integration projects involving multiple technologies and third-party suppliers.
• Experience with structured change and release management processes.
• Experience with financial management, estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation for projects exceeding £1M.
