What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across R&D and Medical domains.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and multiple agile teams.
- Manage planning, priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers across initiatives.
- Monitor delivery performance using KPIs such as velocity and lead time, and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote Agile and SAFe practices, align delivery with DevOps processes, and support smooth deployments.
- Contribute to delivery governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery or project management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in agile and matrix environments.
- Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end and work with senior stakeholders and external vendors.
- Understanding of Scrum, SAFe, DevOps practices, and delivery tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Strong communication, prioritization, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English required.
