TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (B2B Sales): Driving net new revenue and managing enterprise clients for a live entertainment tech platform with an accent on consultative selling and strategic account growth. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia)

What you will do

  • Own and manage relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients within the territory.
  • Drive net new revenue growth through a land and expand motion for top-tier customers.
  • Manage the full deal cycle and pipeline creation applying MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders through creative outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure service alignment.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English is a must.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
