What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention for high-value customers.
  • Manage the full account P&L, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities to expand service scope and introduce new capabilities.
  • Lead with industry expertise to provide innovative solutions that position the company as a market leader.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing account P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Deep knowledge of current business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level alliances.
  • Growth mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work inclusively and empathetically with diverse teams and clients.
