What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention for high-value customers.
- Manage the full account P&L, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities to expand service scope and introduce new capabilities.
- Lead with industry expertise to provide innovative solutions that position the company as a market leader.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing account P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Deep knowledge of current business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level alliances.
- Growth mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
