What you will do
- Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy to drive enterprise growth.
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Engage with C-suite and board-level stakeholders to shape AI and automation roadmaps.
- Manage complex deal negotiations and construct unique value-based licensing options.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, solution architects, and partners to deliver large-scale deals.
- Drive thought leadership and repeatable methodologies for value selling within the organization.
Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in solution selling, management consulting, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record in hunting and closing multi-million dollar enterprise accounts.
- Strong leadership experience in managing sales teams to achieve sustainable high growth.
- Expertise in analysis, storytelling, and C-level presentation skills.
- Must be based in Australia with the ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
