Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR): Driving new business opportunities across Singapore and Indonesia by prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating pipeline with an accent on territory planning, senior stakeholder engagement, and consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets. Focus on executing strategic outbound campaigns and using sales technologies to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Hybrid — minimum three days per week in the Singapore office; covering Singapore and Indonesia.

What you will do
- Engage prospective customers and represent across Singapore and Indonesia to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market coverage and pipeline generation.
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers via strategic prospecting, cold calling, event recruitment, and multi-channel outreach.
- Build trust with senior executives and articulate ’s AI-powered cybersecurity value proposition.
- Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to execute campaigns and accelerate pipeline creation.
- Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales technologies; maintain accurate activity and data records while meeting targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or Inside Sales role.
- Demonstrated success prospecting into Singapore and Indonesia and creating opportunities in those markets.
- Bahasa fluency is required.
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling skills, including objection handling and engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Experience creating and executing territory plans using account data and market intelligence.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ) and a consistent record of meeting/exceeding targets.

- Experience prospecting into or supporting the Hong Kong market.
- Cantonese language skills.
- Experience selling into enterprise organizations.
- Cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales experience.
