What you will do
- Manage a team of Account Executive and Account Manager representatives to execute revenue strategies and exceed KPIs and ARR targets.
- Drive daily activities of Account Executive and Account Managers through standups, sales statistics analysis, and pipeline reviews.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to discuss deal constructs, ensure follow-up, and accurate forecasting.
- Tag into deals with sales teams to generate and close revenue opportunities, as needed.
- Collaborate with the Area Director to refine sales strategies, review KPI performance, and achieve operational excellence.
- Assist People Operations with HR-related issues, including interviewing, career development, and performance management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Small-Medium and/or Mid-Market sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience in the assigned Area.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation experience and ability to provide productive feedback and coaching.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience.
- Experience collaborating with Partner businesses and Channel sales teams.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers.
