What you will do
- Partner with regional Account Executives to define territory strategies and build aligned multi-channel outbound campaigns.
- Map target enterprise organizations to identify and engage key personas across technical, data science, and business units.
- Execute high-volume strategic outreach via cold calling, tailored emailing, and social selling.
- Conduct rigorous technical and business discovery to uncover organizational pain points and infrastructure limitations.
- Qualify outbound prospects using structured methodologies to ensure seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Maintain strict data hygiene and activity tracking within Salesforce and Outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or in Inside Sales within the enterprise software industry.
- Experience executing structured outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling, email sequencing).
- Proficiency with sales technology stacks such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience handling technical discovery and engaging unmapped stakeholders in target organizations.
- Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience in data infrastructure, analytics, AI, or information management technology sectors.
- Ability to map complex enterprise accounts, targeting CTOs and Data Architects.
- Strategic acumen in leveraging intent data and tech-stack signals for personalized value propositions.
- Track record of consistently exceeding outbound KPIs in fast-paced environments.
