Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Coordinate order management activities in the operational IT system for execution teams.
• Resolve operational issues such as location and quantity mismatches, and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources to support operational planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and align with operational departments on complex issues and process improvements.
• Work with operational planning systems, identify relevant planning inputs, and drive improvements to tools and methods.
• Lead medium-sized continuous-improvement projects using structured problem-solving methods such as A3 and lean methodology.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
• Experience with operational planning processes, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently on processes with dependencies across other processes and organizational units.
• Ability to communicate effectively, explain decisions, and consider the viewpoints of relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and influence stakeholders on complex process-related issues.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under applicable United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
