What you will do

• Coordinate order management activities within IT systems to ensure efficient execution.
• Resolve operational issues such as quantity or location mismatches and perform root cause analysis.
• Collect and interpret data from multiple sources to support and steer operational planning.
• Maintain active relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions on complex process improvements.
• Drive enhancements to existing planning tools, methods, and parameters.
• Lead medium-sized projects using structured problem-solving methods like A3 lean methodology.

Requirements

• MSc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with operational planning processes, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently on processes with significant cross-functional dependencies.
• Effective communication skills to manage stakeholder viewpoints and explain complex choices.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
