Production Planning Sr. Analyst (Manufacturing): Managing material, capacity, master schedule, inventory, and production planning activities across in-house and subcontracted manufacturing with an accent on ERP/MRP data, supplier coordination, and production reporting. Focus on analyzing operational data, solving planning problems, and coordinating production, procurement, warehousing, and business departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Yangmei, Taoyuan City, Taiwan; onsite manufacturing environment

What you will do

  • Update item master files and subcontract manufacturing bills of materials.
  • Manage material planning, capacity planning, and master production scheduling.
  • Manage purchase orders and production orders across hirify.global intercompany operations, in-house production, and subcontract suppliers.
  • Coordinate subcontract supplier cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  • Compile regular production reports and analyze operational data.
  • Coordinate production, procurement, warehousing, and business operations while identifying and solving problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in production planning, production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of production planning concepts, inventory control, and capacity planning.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficient spoken and written English required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.
