Freelance AI Data Consultant

Location: Europe; fully remote work schedule.

What you will do

• Lead projects to acquire proprietary company data and transform it into training data.
• Identify and contact companies, industry experts, and enterprises with valuable data or domain workflows.
• Manage relationships and negotiate data-sourcing agreements from first contact through signature.
• Partner with internal data and product teams to structure acquired data into training-ready formats.
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of prospective data sources and enterprise partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, go-to-market, enterprise account management, talent or vendor sourcing, or recruiting.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing complex deals or engagements with enterprise or C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to take initiative on a new project with limited existing processes.
• Strong network or judgment for identifying valuable data holders and reaching the right contacts.
• Genuine interest in frontier AI training and data challenges.

• Exposure to AI, data, or model evaluations.
• Consulting, recruiting, or vendor-sourcing experience.
